季佩宇,www.优德88.cpm 光电科学与工程学院博士后,合作导师李孝峰,吴雪梅。2021年获得www.优德88.cpm 等离子体物理博士学位,从事低温等离子体源技术与应用、等离子体与材料处理、等离子体诊断研究。累计发表SCI收录论文20余篇,其中一作/通讯10余篇。主持国家自然科学基金青年基金(2024-2026)一项。
