Jingxuan Caiis an assistant professor in Business School at Soochow University. She holds a Ph.D. in management science and engineering from Wuhan University and an MS degree from the University of Washington. Her current research interests include information systems, e-commerce, sharing economy, etc. Her work has been published inDecision Support Systems(DSS) andInternational Conference on Information Systems(ICIS).
