Qianwen WANGreceived her Ph.D. degree in Service Sciences and Operations Management at Zhejiang University. Her research interests focus on supply chain and logistics management, supply chain ethics and responsibilities. She has published papers inJournal of Business Logistics, International Journal of Production Economics, Journal of Business and Industrial Marketing, Industrial Management & Data Systems, International Journal of Quality & Reliability Management, and other journals. She also serves as a reviewer for JBL, IJPDLM, IMDS, and DSI.
