研究方向:微纳光学器件、裸眼3D显示、近眼显示、光场显示

研究成果
1.在光场显示领域,探索大幅面光学微纳器件的制造方法,研究大幅面光学微纳器件与光场的相互作用机理。基于课题组独特的微纳加工方法,完成了6英寸的纳米光子调控板制作,实现了64视点全视差裸眼三维显示,实验结果发表在《OpticsExpress》等国际主流光学期刊上,并负责该技术的成果转化工作。
2.在微纳生物传感领域,首次提出利用印刷射频电路技术对微纳生物传感芯片实现无线供电和无线数据传输,并制作和测试了实现该理念的介电泳微生物芯片。课题成果发表在微纳生物传感领域的权威期刊《Labon a Chip》上,并得到广泛关注。此外还参与了微纳细胞检测与分选芯片、微流控生物粒子捕获芯片等课题的研究。
