研究领域与学术成果:

课题组在功能化生物材料的设计构建与增效肿瘤治疗方面开展创新研究。先后发展了一系列新型碳酸钙基微纳载体用于肿瘤微酸响应性药物控释与免疫抑制性微环境调控;构建了多种离子型水凝胶用于提升肝癌消融治疗的精准性与免疫原性;设计了多种仿生矿化肿瘤疫苗用于预防术后肿瘤复发与转移这一临床难题。迄今在Science Advances, Nature Communications, Chem, J. Am. Chem. Soc., Adv. Mater., Natl. Sci. Rev., Chem. Rev.等高水平学术期刊上发表第一/通讯作者论文60余篇,文章的总他引18200余次,SCI H-index61;四次入选了美国美国科睿唯安公布的全球高被引科学家名单Highly Cited Researchers,交叉领域,20192021-2023年);受邀担任了Materials Today Bio, Exploration, BMEMater等多个学术期刊的青年编委;主持/参与了国自然优秀青年基金、科技部重点研发计划、江苏省优秀青年基金等9项省部级科研项目资助。
