China Mater.、Appl. Phys. Lett.、Solar RRL、Adv. Mater. Interfaces、Org. Electron.等期刊发表SCI论文10余篇,多人次获得江苏省/www.优德88.cpm 本科/硕士/博士优秀学位论文。
研究领域
主要围绕钙钛矿半导体光电器件与物理,开展有钙钛矿太阳能电池(PV)和发光二极管(LED)的研究工作,主要包括:(1)钙钛矿半导体器件:钙钛矿薄膜的低成本成膜工艺、晶化动力学调控,以及高性能钙钛矿PV和LED的器件工艺与制备;(2)钙钛矿半导体物理:钙钛矿半导体材料与器件的基础物性分析、界面物理、载流子输运过程以及缺陷机制与钝化策略研究。
主要成果和技术贡献
近年来围绕钙钛矿太阳能电池(PV)和发光二极管(LED)的表界面调控和器件物理开展了创新性研究工作。在钙钛矿薄膜的晶化控制、缺陷机制与钝化,以及高性能器件的应用制备方面取得了一系列创新性研究成果。以第一作者/通讯作者在Science(1篇)、Natl. Sci. Rev.(1篇)、Sci. Bulletin(3篇)、eScience(1篇)、Joule(1篇)、Matter(1篇)、Adv.
