General Description:

To enhance the openness of the College and fuel further development, we look for worldwide top and experienced scientists from either academia or industry to direct and promote frontier research in innovative pharmaceuticals and biopharmaceuticals. The key research programs include but are not limited to novel drug discovery, development of innovative biopharmaceuticals, RNA therapeutics, peptide and protein therapeutics, antibody-drug conjugates, mRNA vaccines, immunotherapy, gene therapy, precision medicines, and advanced drug delivery systems.

Qualifications:

• With a high academic reputation and outstanding academic achievements

• With a senior professional position

• Capable of devoting at least nine months to work at Soochow University per year

Responsibilities:

• Direct and promote frontier research and development

• Integrate and enhance interactions between basic science and clinical translation

• Promote international collaborations

• Mentor junior faculties, graduate students, and postdoctoral fellows

• Publish scientific findings in high-quality peer-reviewed journals

Remuneration and benefits:

• Annual salary of $150,000
