研究方向

孟烜宇主要从事生物大分子的计算机模拟研究,研究方向涉及离子通道等跨膜蛋白的作用机制、蛋白质相互作用、纳米药物与蛋白质的相互作用、药物小分子设计等。对离子通道等跨膜蛋白有深入研究。目前已发表英文学术书籍1章,SCI论文20余篇。其中钾通道论文以Feature Article发表在《Biophysical Journal》上,多篇文章发表在《Natural Chemical Biology,Proc. Natl. Acad. Sci.,Acs Nano》,《Science Advances》,《Scientific Reports》,《Carbon》,《Journal of Biological Chemistry》等杂志上。

科研项目

主持国家自然科学基金青年基金项目一项《PIP2诱导打开内向整流钾通道门控的分子机理的研究》。
