教研经历和成果:
担任本科生《高分子材料与工程专业英语》(双语教学)、《高分子物理》、《高分子化学实验》、《化学导学》等课程的任课老师。指导本科生毕业论文50人次。指导校级大学生创新实验项目3次。招收并指导硕士研究生24人,其中14人已获得硕士学位,3人曾获得硕士研究生国家奖学金,2人曾获得湘潭大学研究生校长奖。从2008年起一直从事基于聚多肽(或聚氨基酸)的合成与性能研究。截止到目前已在Chem. Sci.,Macromolecules, Biomacromolecules, Polym. Chem., Macromol. Rapid Commun.等国际知名期刊发表SCI论文67篇,第一/通讯作者发表论文55篇,被引用~1400次,主持和参与多个省级和国家级科研基金项目。曾担任J. Am. Chem. Soc., Chem. Commun.,Macromolecules, Biomacromolecules, Polym. Chem.等期刊审稿人。
