1997和2000年获复旦大学高分子科学系理学学士、硕士学位,2007年获得美国加州理工学院(California Institute of Technology)化学博士学位。2007至2009年在美国艾默瑞大学(Emory University)和乔治亚理工学院(Georgia Institute of Technology)联合的生物医学工程系作博士后研究。2009至2011年先后在美国希达思-西奈医学中心(Cedars-Sinai Medical Center)和加州大学洛杉矶分校(UCLA)从事临床医学相关研究。2011年10月加入www.优德88.cpm 功能纳米与软物质研究院,被聘为教授,博士生导师。

微流控生物芯片、纳米探针、疾病早期检测诊断
研究工作和成果:
研究发展先进纳米材料和微流控芯片技术平台,并应用于包括核酸(DNA、RNA),蛋白质疾病标记物、肿瘤细胞等多个层次的研究。学术论文主要发表于Angew. Chem. Int. Ed.、ACS Nano、Analytical Chemistry等期刊,包括两次期刊封面和若干研究亮点转载报导。
发展了多层软光刻制备微流控芯片技术,将聚合物酶链式反应(PCR)微缩于芯片,比常规PCR技术需要的试剂量减少几个数量级,成为PCR微芯片技术的成功示范。在此基础上创建了一个高灵敏、高通量的点阵列式PCR芯片平台。能对不同的DNA模板和引物分子进行组合式PCR扩增反应,而不会彼此干扰。实现在单一芯片进行多重、高通量PCR反应。该PCR芯片平台已由美国Fluidigm公司商业化,在高灵敏基因探测,单细胞基因表达分析等研究领域得到广泛应用,成为业界高通量PCR芯片的代表性产品之一。设计研发了集成微流控的DNA微阵列芯片,利用微流通道中涡流混合以增强DNA微阵列的杂交。该芯片的检测灵敏度比传统的静态法提高近一个数量级,减少了杂交实验所需要的时间。
研究多色荧光量子点对临床组织样本中的蛋白质疾病标记物进行免疫染色的方法,并用于癌症诊断分析。利用抗体修饰的荧光量子点免疫染色技术,能够同时辨别4~5种不同的蛋白质疾病标记物。该方法克服了单一疾病标记物特异性不足的缺点,为在繁杂的病人临床组织样本中进行分子诊断,并且进而可对病人病情分型以及未来有针对性的个人化治疗提供可靠的依据。该方法与临床医学紧密结合,可应用于前列腺癌、乳腺癌、淋巴癌等疾病的研究和诊断。发展了新一代实验平台集成微流控芯片和功能化的硅纳米线材料,用于高效捕获临床全血样品中的血液循环肿瘤细胞,对于癌转移的研究和病患病情监控有重大意义。
当前研究兴趣包括发展功能纳米材料的制备方法,集成纳米材料和微流控芯片的新型平台并用于临床医学检测与疾病诊断。
