殷黎晨教授博士生导师
2005年7月获复旦大学生物科学专业学士学位;2010年7月获复旦大学生物化学与分子生物学专业博士学位。2010年11月至2014年1月在美国伊利诺伊大学香槟分校(UIUC)材料科学与工程系从事博士后研究工作。2014年1月加盟www.优德88.cpm 功能纳米与软物质研究院,被聘为特聘教授、博士生导师。

个人介绍:
国家杰出青年科学基金、优秀青年科学基金获得者,入选江苏省特聘教授(重点资助)、江苏省双创人才、江苏省六大人才高峰。围绕生物医用高分子材料、生物大分子药物递送系统开展研究,发表SCI论文150余篇,其中以通讯作者在Nature Chemical Biology、Nature Communications、Science Advances、PNAS、JACS、Angewandte Chemie、Advanced Materials等知名期刊发表论文80余篇。论文他引9000余次,H因子50。获中国发明专利19项,美国专利2项。为欧美权威教材《Biomaterials Science》、工具书《Encyclopedia of Nanomaterials》等撰写章节。主持国家重点研发计划课题1项、国家自然科学基金7项、江苏省重点研发计划1项。担任美国化学会年会(2019)分会主席、Biomaterial Science期刊副主编、Journal of Controlled Release期刊助理编辑、Advanced Drug Delivery Reviews期刊客座编辑以及多个学术期刊编委/青年编委,任中国抗癌协会医工整合专委会常务委员。
研究方向:
(1)聚氨基酸生物材料:研究可用于药物载体、基因载体、免疫调节剂的聚氨基酸的合成与功能化修饰,探讨聚氨基酸的二级结构效应和调控方式。
(2)智能化药物递送系统:研究可改善蛋白质、多肽、核酸、小分子化学药物、气体分子等功效的新型给药载体的加工、改性、组装、体内外作用机理及其给药系统的设计。
(3)抗炎治疗与抗肿瘤治疗:根据疾病的发病机制及病灶部位的生理特点,设计新型纳米药物调控肿瘤、炎症等免疫微环境,用于肿瘤、炎症(如肝炎、胰腺炎、心肌梗死、急性肺损伤、脑卒中、骨性关节炎等)、自身免疫性疾病(如溃疡性结肠炎、类风湿性关节炎、系统性红斑狼疮等)的治疗。
