研究方向:

实验室长期规划:
面向国家重大临床需求,以重大科学问题为导向,以基因编辑和基因表达调控为根本,重点研究造血发育调控与恶性血液疾病的分子机制和治疗策略。

目前涵盖三个前沿子方向:1.以新型基因编辑技术和高通量遗传筛选技术为手段,结合转录组学,蛋白组学和表观遗传组学等多重组学研究造血发育调控与恶性血液肿瘤的全新分子调控机制。 2. 利用碱基基因编辑技术解析地中海贫血等遗传病的分子机制和开发新型基因治疗策略。3.利用高通量遗传筛选技术解析泛素连接酶、表观遗传修饰酶和激酶等酶类分子在放射生物效应的作用与机制。
