本团队一直致力于血流动力学诱导内皮表型转变及对动脉粥样硬化斑块的调控。通过单细胞测序技术,建立扰动流作用下炎性血管中的血管壁细胞亚群和炎症细胞亚群的数据库,提出调控细胞亚群的研究思路;发现新的响应扰动流的效应分子,旗语家族成员Sema7A;揭示Clec2介导血小板在扰动流的作用下向内皮下迁移,参与调控AS斑块的形成;发现血管周围脂肪组织在血管炎症和斑块形成过程中也扮演着重要的作用。同时还建立了小鼠病理血栓模型,对其结构特征以及决定其构成的关键调控因子的研究可能揭开AS血栓形成的机制,发现新的抗血栓靶点。
