学历及学术经历：1999年淮北煤炭师范学院本科毕业，2002年安徽师范大学获硕士学位，2005年www.优德88.cpm 获博士学位，并留校工作。2006年6月任www.优德88.cpm 副教授，2012年7月任www.优德88.cpm 教授。2010.9-2011.8在香港大学任研究助理。现主持一项国家自然科学基金和一项江苏省自然科学基金，完成两项国家自然科学基金和一项江苏省高等学校自然科学基金。在国内外核心化学期刊如J. Am. Chem. Soc.,Coord. Chem. Rev.,Chem. Commun.等发表论文数十篇。2006年江苏省优秀博士学位论文，2008年苏州市自然科学优秀学术论文一等奖，2009年度中国石油和化学工业协会科学技术进步奖二等奖（排名第二）及苏州市科学技术进步奖二等奖（排名第二）。
