学术经历：1984年www.优德88.cpm 化学系本科毕业留校工作。2000年获日本立教大学大学院理学博士学位（有机合成专业），并于同年10月回www.优德88.cpm 工作。2001-2007年曾任苏大化学化工学院院长、江苏省有机合成重点实验室主任、江苏省有机化学国家重点学科培育点负责人、国家自然科学基金委员会项目通讯评审专家、江苏省化学化工学会理事、有机化学专业委员会副主任，2007年11月至今任苏州市人事局长、党组书记、市编制委员会办公室主任，苏州市科学技术协会主席、党组书记。2001年以来在包括Nature Commun. (1篇);J. Am. Chem. Soc.（包括合作共2篇）;Angew. Chem. Int. Ed.（1篇）;ACS Catal.（3篇）; Org. Lett.（包括合作22篇）; Chem. Commun.（包括合作11篇）; Adv. Syn. Catal.（7篇）; J. Org.
