熊思东 博士

熊思东教授,1987年在山西医学院获医学硕士学位,1992年在上海医科大学获医学博士学位,1994年在法国国立卫生与健康研究院完成博士后研究,19951998年在美国加州大学做访问学者。

熊教授主要学术兴趣分子免疫学研究,主持国家自然科学基金重大项目、国家“十一五”和“十二五”传染病重大专项、国家863项目、国家973子课题、上海市重大项目、上海市科委重点项目、江苏省攀登计划项目、江苏省自然基金重大项目等研究,先后发表学术论文440余篇,出版专著16本,申请国家发明专利30余项。现任www.优德88.cpm 生物医学研究院院长、苏州市抗体工程重点实验室主任、上海基因免疫与疫苗研究中心主任、复旦大学免疫生物学研究所所长。曾任上海医科大学校长助理、复旦大学研究生院副院长、复旦大学复旦学院创院院长、www.优德88.cpm 副校长、校长。

熊教授是江苏省督学、江苏省学位委员会委员、国务院学科评议组第六届、第七届、第八届成员、国家执业医师资格考试基础学科命审题委员会主任委员;是国家教委跨世纪优秀人才计划、上海市百人计划、上海市优秀学科带头人计划、上海市领军人才计划、江苏省双创人才计划入选者;是国家杰出青年基金获得者,享受国务院特殊津贴。曾获上海市科技进步一等奖、国家教育部科技进步一等奖、国家科技进步三等奖、国家自然科学奖三等奖、中国专利优秀奖、中国青年科技奖、全国中青年医学科技之星、香港求是杰出青年学者奖和中国免疫学会杰出学者奖。


研究方向

1、感染免疫

感染免疫是研究宿主和病原微生物相互作用的科学,研究病原微生物的免疫逃避和宿主防卫机制及其干预策略。我们聚焦柯萨奇病毒B3、乙型肝炎病毒和结核分枝杆菌这三类在我国引起重要公共健康问题的病原体进行研究;研究内容包括:动物感染模型的建立、鉴定病原体毒力因子或宿主感受器、分子病理机制研究、新型疫苗或治疗策略的设计等;旨在更好的阐述感染性疾病的致病病理机制,同时提供有效的治疗手段。

2、自身免疫

自身免疫是指机体免疫细胞识别自我构成成分而引起的对自身內源分子、细胞和组织产生的免疫反应,而由此产生的异常免疫应答则会导致自身免疫性疾病。我们聚焦临床最常见的重大难治性自身免疫“原型”疾病—系统性红斑狼疮(SLE),基于首创的可反映临床的新型SLE疾病模型,系统性研究疾病发生与维持的细胞和分子基础,挖掘临床干预新策略。

阮航博士,特聘教授,博导

阮航博士于2017年获复旦大学生物信息学博士学位,2017~2020年在美国得州大学休斯敦健康科学中心从事博士后研究工作,2020年12月加盟www.优德88.cpm 生物医学研究院,任特聘教授。阮博士在工业界和国内外学术界长期从事生物信息学相关研究,主要涉及重头组装算法开发,转录组进化的统计方法和软件开发,组学大数据的挖掘和数据库构建,发表论文二十余篇,累计被引用超过1000次。一系列的研究结果以第一/共同第一作者发表在 GenomeMedicine,Nature Communications, Nucleic Acids Research, Molecular Cancer, BMC Biology, RNABiology,Genome Biology and Evolution 等杂志上,并参与国内外一系列重大研发项目,成果发表在Nature Genetics, Nature Biotechnology, Nature Metabolism,Bioinformatics上。


董春升博士,教授,博导

董春升博士于2006年获得中国科学院武汉病毒研究所微生物学博士学位。之后在美国威斯康星医学院和耶鲁医学院从事博士后研究,2011年加入www.优德88.cpm 生物医学研究院担任熊思东课题组特聘副教授职位,2017年升职教授、博导。董春升博士的研究方向包括:1、感染免疫;2、病原体与宿主相互作用;3、病毒疫苗的研发。迄今为止已在其相关领域发表近30篇高水平研究性论文。


岳艳博士,副教授,硕导

岳艳博士于2009年获得复旦大学免疫学博士学位。2010年加入www.优德88.cpm 生物医学研究院担任熊思东课题组讲师,2013年晋升副教授。岳艳博士的研究方向包括CVB3诱发的病毒性心肌炎的分子病理机制及防治策略研究,高效粘膜疫苗递送系统及新型抗感染疫苗的开发。迄今为止已在其相关领域发表20余篇高水平研究性论文并多次在国内国际会议上作学术报告。

齐兴梅博士,副教授

齐兴梅博士于2011年获得东华大学生物化学与分子生物学博士学位,并于2008-2010年期间作为联合培养博士生赴加拿大Dalhousie大学医学院学习两年,研究方向为蛋白质内含子及其介导的蛋白质剪接。2012年加入www.优德88.cpm 生物医学研究院担任熊思东课题组讲师,2016年晋升副教授。目前研究方向涉及病毒性疾病及自身免疫性疾病等方面。


傅煜轩博士,副教授

傅煜轩博士于2018年获得南京大学基础医学博士学位,同年8月加入www.优德88.cpm 生物医学研究院熊思东教授课题组从事师资博士后,成绩卓越,2020年博士后在站期间晋升副教授。傅煜轩博士的研究工作长期聚焦于肠道病毒与宿主细胞间的相互作用,在肠道病毒致病机制以及宿主应答方面具有丰富的研究经验和扎实的理论基础。

胡静平硕士,技术员

胡静平于2010年获得www.优德88.cpm 微生物专业硕士学位。同年加入www.优德88.cpm 生物医学研究院担任技术员。主要从事抗炎免疫及单克隆抗体治疗的研究。
